As of Thursday, the high-octane actioner has officially crossed the ₹900 crore mark in India (net), making it the #1 Hindi film of all time.
Globally, the film is on track to eclipse the ₹1,500 crore milestone by the coming weekend. Trade analysts are calling it a "monumental shift" in cinema, noting that the franchise has redefined the scale of Indian action epics. The film's dominance has been so absolute that it reportedly pushed several competing regional releases out of theaters within their first week. With a star-studded cast including Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Rampal, Dhurandhar 2 is not just a domestic hit; it has outperformed major Hollywood blockbusters in North American markets, signaling a new era for Indian "Mass" cinema on the global stage.
